Our programs are designed to work with:

  • An outstanding individual who is on the fast track (high potential) within your organization and is coached for career development and/or succession planning.
     
  • Someone who is quite talented and valued by your organization, but who has one or more "blind spots" which keep him/her from being a top performer. The individual may not communicate well with peers and/or clients, may have problems with organization, may be unable to delegate, may be scattered and/or unfocussed, etc.

What we do is work with that individual typically, for six to nine months --to increase his/her performance.  The first month we include a number of assessments, which may include:

  • Management and Communication Style
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
  • 360 Degree Feedback
  • Mirror Coaching (observing interaction with clients, in meetings, giving a presentation, etc.).

From this base of information, we develop an action plan and targets of accountability, and then meet with the individual several times a month (by phone or in person) for implementation.

Executive Education / Training
We believe that it is imperative to also train the team while the senior leader is being coached.  This training will ensure that the learning is transferred to the team.  The team receives education on what leadership, managing emotional IQ, and leveraging team effectiveness.  This training is focuses:

 Optional Phase 3

Process Consulting
The purpose of process consulting is to provide you with industry-tested expertise that guides your leadership management process.  This service is designed to help you to avoid setbacks and to provide you with time and financial savings.

All of our human capital programs are designed to explore the subject matter in an interesting, thorough and participative manner.  Before programs begin, we review the organization’s policies, practices, and culture to insure that all programs are tuned to meet specific needs.  We’ll develop programs tailored to client specifications.  In some instances, we can design training programs to be facilitated by your own employees, once we’ve trained them for maximum effectiveness.
